Return policy

Any custom-made product, items sold on discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned for refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your package. All ready-made products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. Buyers will be solely responsible for return shipping fees and any fees related to customs and duties.
