The Quality Wedding Merchant Scheme (#QWMS) has been established for elevating the wedding industry service level and serving as a platform for consumers to identify excellent service providers in Hong Kong, merchants providing wedding-related services that fulfill a prescribed set of criteria assessed by Hong Kong Productivity Council will be qualified into the QWMS. Hong Kong Productivity Council is the dedicated independent assessment organization of the “Quality Wedding Merchant Scheme”. The independent assessed areas include: service, process, quality, employee performance, after sales service, shop image, business environment, customer point of view, selectivity, operation system, employee, quality control, order and receipt information, emergency preparedness, service skill, product and service knowledge, grooming and appearance etc.
